Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely! Monthly memberships can be canceled if your family’s needs change. Just be sure to submit your cancellation before your next billing date. Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your paid billing period.
Can I pause my membership?
We understand that life gets busy! Membership pauses may be available for extended travel, illness, or other circumstances. Please contact our team to discuss your options.
Do I still need to book an open play session?
Yes! We encourage members to reserve their open play sessions in advance to guarantee availability. Reservations are included with your membership at no additional cost, and walk-ins are welcome as space allows.
Is my Founding Membership price locked in?
Yes! Your founding member rate stays the same as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of Bright Bean from the beginning!
Can I use my membership for multiple children?
Memberships are assigned to the children enrolled. We offer sibling add-ons and family membership options to make it easier for everyone to join in the fun!
Can I bring a friend with my membership?
Of course! Memberships include guest pass perks, so you can share the Bright Bean experience with friends and family. The number of guest passes depends on your membership plan.
Are enrichment classes included with my membership?
Enrichment classes are booked separately, but members enjoy exclusive discounts on classes throughout the year.
Can grandparents or other caregivers bring my child?
Absolutely! Grandparents, babysitters, and other trusted caregivers are welcome to bring your child to Bright Bean. Simply add them to your account as an additional adult, and they can enjoy visits with your little one using their membership!
