Complete your booking and pay your deposit to officially reserve your celebration. The remaining balance is due on the day of your party.

FAQ
Can we bring our own food and birthday cake?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food, snacks and birthday cake to enjoy during your celebration. We just ask that all food follows our nut-free policy.
How many adults can attend?
The more, the merrier! Parents, grandparents, and other loved ones are welcome to celebrate with you. Our parties can accommodate up to 60 total guests, including both children and adults.
What if we're inviting more than 15 children?
Planning a bigger celebration? We’d love to hear about it! Contact our team to discuss your guest count and available options.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change, especially with little ones! Party deposits are nonrefundable, but we’re happy to offer one complimentary reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Your deposit can be transferred to a new party date within 90 days of your original reservation.
For changes within 14 days of your celebration, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your family whenever possible. Additional restrictions may apply to custom party decorations and styling.
Will we have the entire play cafe to ourselves?
Our Signature Private and All-Inclusive packages include exclusive use of Bright Bean for your two-hour celebration. Our Classic and Styled packages are semi-private, with a reserved party room and access to our shared play space.
What ages are Bright Bean parties best for?
Our play space is thoughtfully designed for children ages 0–6, but we know birthdays often include older siblings, cousins, and friends! Older children are welcome to join the celebration, and our Big Kids Corner offers books, puzzles, and additional activities for them to enjoy too!
Can we bring our own decorations?
Of course! Our Classic and Signature packages allow you to bring your own decorations, while our Styled and All-Inclusive packages include themed party styling. Please review our decoration guidelines before your celebration.
How early can we arrive to set up?
For parties where you’re bringing your own decorations, you’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled celebration to get everything ready! For our Styled and All-Inclusive packages, we’ll take care of the decorating so you can simply arrive and enjoy the celebration.
